1. Return Policy

Items must be unopened and in original packaging. You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return. Contact support to begin the process.

2. Process

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of the package reaching our warehouse. Funds will be returned to the same account used for the original transaction.

3. Exceptions

Perishable food items (opened bars) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
