1. General Terms

These terms apply to all purchases made via getgaf.com. The operator is GoodAF Company s.r.o., seated at Korunni 2569/108, 101 00 Prague 10, ID: 23719214.

2. Orders & Contract

All orders submitted via the platform are binding. A purchase contract is formed upon order placement and confirmation via email. We strictly sell full boxes; individual unit purchases are not supported.

3. Payment

We process payments via secure channels. All prices are in CZK. Your order is confirmed once the payment is verified.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the EU. Delivery times vary by location. GAF is not responsible for delays caused by national couriers or incorrect address data provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers (consumers) have the right to return orders within 14 days of receipt. Due to the biological nature of the product (food), opened bars cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Contact info@getgaf.com for return authorization.
